Prices, Specifications, Availability

All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable sales taxes, freight and insurance. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability. Hitech Solutions Computer Systems is not responsible for any errors or omissions. Please verify prices and specifications with your sales representative.

Payment

All sales are to be prepaid, COD by cash, debit card, or certified cheque. Preprinted company cheques will be accepted upon approval. Personal and bank counter cheques will not be accepted.

Warranty

Unless specified otherwise, all products are sold with a one-year parts and labour warranty against defects in material and workmanship. There is no implied warranty that the products will fit any particular purpose. Hitech Solutions Computer Systems is not responsible for any lost data. Customers are responsible for backing up (saving) any data prior to returning any system / hard drive for service. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, accident, (electrical surge damage is not covered under the system warranty) or as a result of service or modification by any other than an authorized Hitech Solutions service centre. This warranty does not extend to consumable products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only unless authorized by Hitech Solutions in writing. Hitech Solutions does not manufacture the computer system's components, and therefore must rely solely on the manufacturer, supplier or distributer of the defective component to replace or repair the defective component. All warranty returns are subject to RMA return policy outlined below.

RMA Return Policies

Dealers are responsible for verifying that the computer component to be returned is defective prior to return to Hitech Solutions Computer Systems. A charge of $35.00 may be applied to the dealer's account if no fault is found with the returned component.

To make a request or claim for service you must call Hitech Solutions to obtain an RMA number then return the defective product (shipping prepaid) in the original shipping container or equivalent to Hitech Solutions service centre and assume the risk of loss or damage in transit.

All warranty related shipping costs, to or from the manufacturer or central warranty centres are the responsibility of the computer system owner. This limited warranty does not cover labour charges for on-site warranty service if requested by the purchaser. The on-site labour charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser requesting the service.

Returns for Credit

Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over thirty days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in "as-new" resalable condition, including original packing and all manuals and accessories. A 15% restocking charge may be applied. All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policies outlined above. Hitech Solutions Computer Systems reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned products. All returns for credit are to be applied to future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

DOA products and/or any shipping discrepancies must be reported to Hitech Solutions within 48 hours of receipt of goods. DOA returns are subject to the RMA return policy outlined in this document.

Service Charges

Hourly Labour Rate: $50.00/hour, minimum 1/2 hour

Non-Defective Items: $35.00 handling fee per item
